Overview

***The only start date available is November 16th. LPN will work primarily on the Medical Surgical/Observation units and will occasionally float between various Med-Surg units as needed. The role involves managing a patient load of 5 patients with RN oversight on a night shift schedule. Active BLS and Ohio LPN license are required, along with a minimum of 2 years of hospital experience. Current Epic EMR proficiency is mandatory. Please note that requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission.
