Overview

As a Stepdown RN, you'll provide essential care to patients transitioning from intensive care. You'll monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal recovery in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in handling cardiac and surgical patients will be critical, as will your commitment to patient-centered care.
