Overview

In this role, you will provide care for laboring patients, assist with deliveries, and support mother-baby care. You will be involved in triage, monitoring fetal heart rates, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during labor. Collaboration with LPNs and other staff is essential, as you will handle all responsibilities within your nursing scope. Flexibility is key, as you might float to other units or assist with non-patient tasks. Your expertise will ensure positive outcomes for both mothers and newborns.
