Overview

As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will prioritize start of care visits, supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, and ensure timely clinical documentation. This role requires effective communication with your supervisor and the office, and you will be responsible for maintaining a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with one weekend on-call per month. You will work with a documentation system and have access to issued equipment.
